Does anyone have an idea what will be tested on this? Sounds interesting. It's anyone's guess what they feel would be an important skill. Maybe some more info? How long is the test? Is it multiple questions or just one? Have they stated anything that seems Excel centric in the job description? I'd also contact the recruiter, it's their job to try to get you ready. If you want to be prepared - which you should be - they can probably help.
I emailed the recruiter but haven't heard back.. all I know is that it's a 15min timed Excel test that's done on the spot after the interview with the hiring manager. On the job description, it says looking for Excel expert but I would say I'm more towards proficient so really trying to study up now but don't even know where to begin. Based on the call initial call with the recruiter, I'm assuming it's a modeling question because he said Excel modeling is an important skill for this role
