I have 6 yrs of HR exp, a PHR cert & an HRIP cert. I recently left my role as an HR Rep at a tech co b/c I was working 60+/week and the stress of the job was affecting my health. I recently received an offer at a new tech co that is $10k less than what I was previously making with comments from current EEs that this new co has a better WLB. Total comp is still a lot less than my prev company. Is less comp too much of a compromise for better WLB? What have you compromised for a better WLB?

Hello Fishes,
I am seeking new opportunities in UI UX Design. Currently I have 3 years of experience in the field.
My story? My company decided to suddenly wind up business and released us in a 2 weeks span. I would appreciate any help possible. As I am new on this platform, I would also like to know how the platform works and appreciate further guidance. Thanks in advance. Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture IBM Amazon
CAT adjusters with Progressive get their base salary, plus an additional 50% on their pay when a catastrophe storm hits. Inside adjusters stay remote so they do not get any sort of per diem. Now I’m more familiar with Field CAT adjusters as I was one, so not sure if it’s the same inside, but field adjusters also get a 5%-10% CAT readiness pay on top of their base salary since they can be called up at any time. Zone reps get 5% and full time CAT get 10%. Keep in mind CAT reps with Prog usually work a 20/8 schedule (20 days on with 1 day off during that time randomly, and 8 days off).
I am a desk adjuster 100% remote and we def get CAT pay. It’s a flat hourly rate
