Anyone have a capital one venture x referral?
Hi all- my wife is pregnant and I recently came across the following release from Pfizer. Would like some analytically minded folks on here to help me interpret, particularly table 6 (page 12). Am I reading this right that 28 out of 274 pregnancy cases had adverse reactions? I assume I’m misinterpreting. Thanks for the help. https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/5.3.6-postmarketing-experience.pdf

Think back on what you did to get yourself to be at a good point earlier this year. If you did that once you can do it again. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder as well so I completely understand. I would contact your doctor and a therapist to try to get help to get back on track. If you don’t have a therapist, then now would be a good time to get one.
One thing that helped me was getting into skiing as it is something that I can look forward to going into winter. Definitely is better than what I used to do, which was to hunker down at home and wait for winter to pass. Maybe there’s some sort of wintertime activity that you might enjoy. Even small things like exploring a Christmas market or going on a walk will help get you out of this rut.
I’ll give you a piece of simple, actionable advice. Good vitamin D. Most vitamin d supplements are terrible but I’ll link one that works very well for myself. There are instances where I’m feeling awfully down and I can’t put my finger on why but then I remember I haven’t taken vitamin d in weeks. Please consider. Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-7) Liquid Drops with MCT Oil, Peppermint Flavor, Helps Support Strong Bones and Healthy Heart, 1 fl. oz. https://a.co/d/0awBTNN

Hang in there, mate. Loneliness and depression is very common than we think now. I have relocated as well, its been 2 years. Feel terribly lonely. Same is the case with 2 of my other friends who have relocated to different countries. You are not alone. A therapist will help you a great deal in your journey. Try to find hobbies - may be start doing side gigs or learn a new skill, engage in simple activities like learning to cook new dishes, start exercise routine , etc. And make sure you start reconnecting with your long lost friends. Try to chat/facetime with them weekly once at least. Join bumble bff if you are ready to make new friends near you. These are some things i have tried and worked for me in a positive way

Bumble up some mates near you. Loneliness bites but theres a cure. You would be surprised how many people you can find to buddy up with you on Bumble and actually understand the same battle that you’re going through.
If it’s helpful, you may consider getting a sun lamp. They’ve been proven to help with SAD.
