I'm interested in an open role at Google; the description mentions several in-office locations, one of which is in the city I live in. It also notes only one remote location- LA, California.

Does this mean working fully remote or even hybrid is not an option if not located in Cali? I know work preference can be discussed during the interview stage (if one gets to that point) but looking for insight on this.

How to ask company B for the offer again after rejecting it?

Company A giving me Wfh + 20 LPA(15% variable) Company B was giving 18.75( All fixed) hybrid model.

Reason for rejecting Company B was Company A giving me more package and wfh , but now I heard that company A may ask to come to office.

So now I am more inclined towards company B. So how to ask HR again for the offer after rejecting and also how can I still ask them to give wfh for a year atleast due to personal medical reasons

If I run scrum/standup meetings for my team, go through our dev board (Jira), keep track of people's work in OPS and Dev. Does that mean I am in between a scrum master/PM? My position is pretty vague (Associate Engineer). I am planning to start with Google's Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification and later will move further for Associate Cloud Engineer Certification.
