What are people's thoughts on corporate Treasury roles, fortune 50.

What is the general compensation like and the career path after analyst? Is it more stimulating than FP&A? Does Treasury have desirable exit opportunities or do people typically continue the course and climb the company ladder?

Hi Guys, Recently i was interviewed for the role Digital Business & Technology CRM/CX – Business Analyst. I have cleared L1 & L2 Rounds. I am left with L3 i.e HR Round scheduled for tomorrow.
1. is cognizant working culture good (coming from startup culture)
2. The role is having salary range of 8-15LPA( my current CTC is 7.2, how much hike is the best to ask for 2.5 yoe)

I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. Left MBB 2 years post Mba to pursue equivalent pay and amazing wlb in a “big old tech” strategy team (think IBM, Dell, HP). I thought boring work would be fine in the context but after 1 year it’s getting to me. How would you think about exit timing to avoid “leaving too fast” but also avoiding becoming branded as an old tech guy? Does the old tech experience look bad for FAANG-like prospects?
