I'm interviewing at a Big 4 firm for a lateral move from a lower reputation firm (both FS advisory roles). I am almost 2 years out from top 15 MBA. What is reasonable to expect in comp? Same base as new MBA recruits (~160)? More? Less? Signing bonus?

I am an operations coordinator for a program that is 1.5 years old. The company itself has been around 12 years and was bought out in 2020. I started the program myself and have been doing everything—now that we are at a significantly higher volume, I feel I deserve more pay. After all, I built the program…there has been a lot of drama lately and I am on the verge of quitting. I really need around 65+ but am currently at 45. I know pay for other roles & know this is not likely. Need advice!

Lead a team of 3 designers

Corporate suggested me for a DON position in TX. I currently live in SD and work as ADON. Corporate said minimum salary would be 115k. Then flew me there for 2 weeks to see the building (nursing home). They all loved me, as does corporate. But my offer today was 90k. When I said I was told 115k they countered with 100k. I said I’d think about it over the weekend but really am looking for at least 110k. Have to sell my house and move and rebuy w higher interest rates. What do you think??

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota.
