I'm interviewing at stripe and looking for some guidance on the TC I should push for. I'm an L6 non-tech (gtech) with 10 YOE but in a fairly niche / sought after role. I'm based in a tier 2 Midwest location but It seems like stripe doesn't care as much about this (one of the reasons I want to leave).

I stated my desired income on the very first call and this response was "keep in mind the sign on bonus".
To me that meant the will not meet my requirement.
I did get a job offer from them.... 8K less than what I asked for.

They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out.
