However through networking, I made connections which gave me a chance to get my foot through the door. Hi Fishes! Is 10 months too early to quit a firm? I’m thinking of leaving tax compliance and going into tax transformation and technology (at a different firm because internal transfers are messy and don’t get a pay bump). How would that look to future companies and would that cause me to burn bridges at my current one?

I have been having a few emails exchanges with a recruiter and he said that based on my experience, I could start as a Level 6. What is this? Is this truly a SM role? Is this a consulting role?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
