I'm joining a very small start up, heading up their sales strategy.

I have found ZOOMinfo's data, especially around phone numbers to be well worth the investment.

That being said I will be my new employer's only sales rep and ut is hard to justify 25K annually to get phone numbers for one rep.

Can anyone recommend a ZOOMinfo alternative that sells single-seat licenses?

I actually prefer LinkedIn navigator. You can actually get more accurate information and an immediate way to contact leads.

like

Rocketreach, sales navigator, and seamless.ai.

P.S. … Zoominfo can offer to 45% discount

Maybe try Lusha, they should provide phone numbers and emails on LinkedIn profiles. Much more affordable.

You could look at cognism too

Lusha is good.
If you’re truly “sales leadership” get comfortable with the idea that tools you need have a cost and get comfortable understanding how to calculate the ROI.
Tools aren’t cheap and many aren’t necessary. Good luck!

I can tell you if you get me a job. I have 20 years experience dealing with Fortune 500 companies and can get you comparable data for $150 a month.

Sounds like you need a business justification, not an alternative. How much more revenue will you produce with this tool? What will the impact be to profitability? When do you anticipate the break even will be? Once you know this, the rest is easy.

That’s ridiculous. I’d try and get a discount. They high ball for sure.

I like my job and company though!

Anyone feel as if it’s hard to stay with a company when you’re the only one of color? (&young) I’ve work for 3 companies in past 5 years and have yet to make meaningful colleague relationships. I just do not relate to the conversation and just find it hard to picture myself being a long-term employee. I’ve had better relationships when working at wal-mart when I was in college. I feel it takes away some of the joy of having to go to work.

So my condo is on the top floor of a 3 story building in a somewhat wooded area. This means the roof is right above me.

What this also means is that I hear all the spazzed out tap dancing sounding squirrel foot traffic that happens and then they tend to jump in the trees around my windows and stare me down.

Should be worried?
