I’ve been working in employee benefits in a small brokerage firm on a book of business of over 400 clients, I’m the only account manager. We’ve had 100% employer retention since I’ve been here. Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.

So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?

Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?

Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?

I have another offer who are paying me 18.7 lpa (17 fixed + 1.7 var) + 1 lakh JB.
My current CTC is 10.75 (8.05 + var) and YOE 3.6
Is it possible to negotiate with IBM.
I have left with 45 days notice period.
