4 years from mow100 HH's$60MM AUMTotally scalableWorking 3 -3 1/2 days a week, taking as much vacation as possible, lots of travel, 3 months in the carribean per year.Thats what i am working towards.

like

150 HH, 100 million AUM, 1mm+ gross/year. All clients I like, and new clients replace the smaller ones at the bottom of that list of 150. Since I have around 200 HH now, some rube that I trust is working with the other 70-100+ households, and absorbing people I move off of my list of 150.I already work about 4 days/week summer and 4.5 days school year, but I'd expand my time away from about 4 weeks now to somewhere around 10 weeks/year.

like

I'm honestly not sure. What I'm working towards right now is getting about $2.5 - $3MM a year in net DCA. That will probably take 700 - 1,000 HHs and give me about $60MM AUM if my average HH and average DCA/HH stays the same. I don't want to have that many HHs, but that's where I'm headed.

like

If you're working them to be sure you're capturing everything they have, I'd think eventually you'll be able to build the top 100-200 into more meaningful AUM/hh and start steering away from the little shit.

I've just recently been hired as an assistant manager at a Canadian outlet store. It's a small company in comparison to others, but there are over 10 locations spanning western Canada and NW united states. I'm curious as to what others in a similar position are getting as salary. I was offered $42k plus bonuses at the interview, but when called back I was offered $44.5k plus bonuses. I already accepted. Did I leave money on the table here?

What are your thoughts on open relationships? I’ve never been in one. The idea itself of not having sex with the same person for the rest of your life I get. But in reality I just don’t know if I can do it personally. Anybody else struggle with this? I feel like most of the community wants open and I just don’t know if I’ll ever get there. And I feel like it limits your (already small) dating pool. Not suggesting I change just to be in a relationship, I just struggle with the whole thing. Sigh

I'm struggling with imposter syndrome. I'm from a working class background, c.10 years exp in marketing & c.3 years in snr leadership. I'm in an exe leadership team with all men. It's all very fluid. Frequent restructures. Bitching/gossiping at snr level.

I feel like I'm not good enough, dynamic enough, doing enough. I ask open qz, probing for feedback. It all seems positive/constructive. With the toxicity, I don't trust any of it. Does anyone have any suggestions to navigate and overcome IS?

Nagarro has proposed sending me to South Africa for a year from my current project. This came 3 weeks after I put in my papers. Should I accept their offer and take back my resignation? Can I trust their promise? I have a couple of good offers in hand, but I would prefer relocating abroad. How is SA as an on-site opportunity?
