Hi,
What is the FEP part in the salary structure
Hi there,
I have joined Amdocs in the first week of May. I am working in afternoon shift and entitled to get the shift allowance. But 2 months salary credited but did not receive any of the shift allowance amount. Can anyone please tell me when Amdocs will credit the shift allowance??
Thanks

Speaks more to the descent of the festival than the ascent of the agency.

Will still never respect Gary V
I think the takeaway here is that awards mean less than people think, not that Vayner is better than people think.

Also hired respectable talent recently
Vayner gets a lot of sh*t because of Gary. Otherwise, there are worse places to work at.
Agree, it’s not a bad place to work but the cult of Gary is too much
Have they won for anything they originated, or did they slash a bunch of shit they did the social campaigns for?

Agreed! I like some of the stuff they’ve done for Budweiser. It’s legitimately good work.
awards are very political and unfortunately carry too much prestige. (Speaking as someone who has won a few awards).

As someone who has worked at a bunch of “respected shops” and also Vayner- I will say, if I owned a business- I’d hire Vayner over anywhere else I ever worked. Love em or hate em, they are so freaking smart it’s annoying. I don’t work there anymore but honestly miss it and that’s weirdly annoying too lol

If you’re in the nyc ad scene you know they hired a CCO who is an award hound (but who also historically loses accounts), and they got 1 project to hit.
It’s a step forward, but look at the quality of the rest of the work. It’s still pretty awful across the board.
Call me back when they’ve strung together more than a project or two.

No respect for Gary “vee” not now, not ever - but glad people feel better about working there now.
