Got promoted last year in October. Got an offer back in March 2021. My current company retained me stating that they will promote me in October but compensated me with a cash bonus. Things took a wrong turn and I landed up in a shitty project.Zero technical growth.

I would say a project management platform may be useful for you and your team. Without the context as to what types of issues you are having, I find that often times I can use a dashboard style set up to visualize the progress the team is making and check in when it doesn’t look on track. So many people will not reach out for fear of backlash if they are not on track, even if you aren’t the type of leader who does that. This can help you know which of the team members needs more support.
