What’s a good range to give for a commercial strategy consultant at Deloitte given the market for an experienced hire?

I have a dilemma. I lead a recruiting team in a consulting group and we are having trouble meeting our numbers. We are under pressure to deliver and we have been working together to make our numbers grow. Today I find out that one of the recruiters went to HR to say I have been pressuring them too much. I have a lead on my team who I discussed this with who doesn’t think there has been pressure at all. Suggestions ? I don’t know who the person is.

So this recruiter sends an email out to me for a role with a Comp Range. The Range and the role looked good so I agreed for a call. During the call, when I confirmed the range with her, she quoted completely different (lower) number. So when I pointed out that your email said something different. She was like ‘Oh, it’s incorrect, just ignore that!’ 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
