I work for a small healthcare consulting company in the DC area. We work closely with some federal agencies but due to poor leadership and no growth opportunity, I am looking for opportunities elsewhere. I have been here for almost 1 year but have total 3+ YOE. I also got my MHA from a reputable school. I know this is not the best time but if you could share some openings in your company and refer me, I would truly appreciate. Thanks in advance!

I am new to fishbowl, the Healthcare industry, and fairly new to my company. One of my primary goals, besides finding the highest quality talent to join our team, is to expand my network. If anyone here is willing to send me a LinkedIn connect request I would be very appreciative! It will be a mutual benefit, I assure you. (I am at my weekly limit for sending connect requests)

Hello! I am exploring a career “pivot” into product. I have a life science and healthcare background, turned growth strategist; venture capital, strategic partnerships, and business & corporate development. I realize there is much overlap with my growth strategy expertise on the product side. I would appreciate other “Fisher’s” thoughts and welcome a chance to chat. Thank you in advance!
What would you do?
(Or really this is just me typing out loud. )
Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.
Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.
Interview just for practice?
How should I deal with an overly ambitious AAE who says yes to everything/creates extremely aggressive timelines?
I have to chew everything she bites off, and I'm tired of it.
3+ YOE. Resume was always a one-pager before. Now, not everything fits. Ok for 1.5 page resume?
I think tools like BP and UiPath will be irrelevant in a few years. They deliver nowhere near the value that consulting firms declare imo.
Hello everyone! I'm currently pursuing a career switch to IB and was wondering if anyone can assist me with recommendations or referrals. It would mean a lot to me! Looking forward to connecting with everyone!

Didn’t know Indian matchmaking has become so progressive until I started watching this show. Just wow.
I thought this was fun, Matrix inception. Someone on the Grand Seiko Owners Club posted their matrix, took a picture to show I was wearing mine as well. Two more people added theirs and it’s growing. I think we can get a few more overnight as it’s an Asia only edition.
I have a sumifs function that I’m trying to do (see screenshot). What I usually do is run it across so there is only one criteria but line it up with the first range being January, but what I was hoping to do is have the second criteria be the dates which would make it a horizontal pull in contrast to the first criteria which is a vertical pull. Does that make sense? Is a simple sumifs function going to work for this? The screenshot shows how I currently have it and it works but not how I like.
My sister is still in college and has asked me to pay for her therapy. I want to, but since she's plans to go every week it very quickly becomes a huge expense.

I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. But, this last week the nausea has significantly subsided (though not completely gone). Has this happened to anyone? We have our first ultrasound in a week - so nervous!
After failed TI and IUI cycles I’m slowly realizing that my husband and I may need to do IVF. :(
Anyone work for a company that has IVF coverage, has a job opening for a QA Engineer and is willing to give a referral?
Had a miscarriage.. it’s my 1st baby and we didn’t find out until 12 weeks (via ultrasound) that the baby passed away at 9 weeks and had to get a dnc. My body is still recovering.. Just want some hope or I guess stories of success after having a miscarriage. I do have pcos so it’s harder for me to get pregnant.. but it still happened. Anyone have any thoughts or advice? Does it get better..?
Are there any teas that you should avoid in the week before FET and before beta? Specifically talking about teas without caffeine. Thanks so much!
Just went through a 3rd round of unsuccessful IVF. I’m feeling shuttered. It’s so emotionally draining, the entire process, from the meet and greet with a doctor, through hormonal injections (cont)
Hi everyone! My company does not provide maternity or any fertility coverage. (Totally awesome, I know). My husband luckily works for Booz and is potentially accepting an offer to Deloitte. We have been going down the process of IUI. Currently we have really good fertility coverage through Booz but I’m nervous with Deloitte it won’t be as good. Does anyone have any insight into Deloitte’s fertility coverage? I’m hopeful about iui but want to be prepared for the costs of IVF. Thanks all
