I'm looking at moving into a solution engineer role for a vendor, I'm currently a network consultant and trying to get a steer on work life balance.

How would you ask to transfer to another office within your firm?

I lateraled from one firm in city A to another firm city B. During the interview process, I made a big deal about how I badly I wanted to be in B, despite only being barred in A. They hired me, paid for my bar courses, the works.

Now I find myself in a position where I need to leave B due to personal issues. Thinking of going to DCso I can just waive in.

It's been less than a year since I've joined; is it too soon to ask this?

Weighing two job offers but just started interviewing for my dream role/company. I’ll have to give an answer to the companies with current offers before the dream company is done with interviews. My current gig ends EOM so I have to find something by then. What would you do? Accept another offer and if dream job works out, back out? Feels slimy… but I can’t afford to be unemployed.

Hey everyone, so I have 5yrs background in global supply chain, but about 1.5yrs ago I decided to switch it up a bit and take a data analytics manager role with the global merchandising dept. Iv decided that I want to pursue a Product Management role as my career since it seems like I fit a lot of the major requirements. The problem is my resume doesn’t specifically say I have Product Management experience but I really want to make this move with a tech company. Any tips? Maybe a PM certif.?

started a new PM role 4 weeks ago only to realise that the entire PM function is done by various other people inside the department. I have tried bringing up the discussion with my line manager without making it into a complaint (since i’m so new, and i want to be flexible) but i’m getting the impression that even my manager doesn’t know what a PM is or does. (He asked me if the roadmap should sit with the scrum master amongst other comments)

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough.
