Have been interviewing for a Program Manager role at Uber and process has been excruciatingly long, 3-4 weeks between every step and I have to reach out for updates multiple times in between each of them. Do I just have a bad recruiter on the role? Normal for the company? Or expected with the impending recession?

My old boss and his boss still interact with me in my new role. They talk to me like I don’t know what I’m doing - super mansplaining and condescending. I left their team for these reasons and more.

How much time does a recruiter take to process and share offer letter?

My interviews went really well and Management were so impressed that they wanted me onboard ASAP. And got information from HR that they were proceeding to share me offer. It has been 3 weeks now since me waiting for it. The company is good hence have kept other offers on hold.
Whenever i reach HR she mentions everything is positive but reasons which she gives appear vague to me.
