Happy Monday! I cleared multiple rounds for a PM role and am currently in the team match phase. My recruiter left on maternity leave and handed over to another recruiter. The new recruiter is refusing to get on a call with me stating very frivolous reasons such as they could not read my email request as it went to spam etc. Its been over two weeks and they haven’t contacted me since. Current Offer: Accenture for 9.98 LPA (8.25 LPA Fixed and 21% variable) for level - 10.

I know it is quite low for level 10 but as the CCTC was low so couldn't do much. Appreciate your inputs.

RBC vs Neo financial ? For a data engineering position which company is better in terms of work- life balance and career growth .
I know benefits wise RBC is much better but can any one on the technology side tell me if RBC is on par with the industry standards in the data field and it’s not like old technology . During the interview process I got to know they use python 2 which was so surprising.

Serving Notice period with 24 days left and Currently learning AWS cloud practioner from udemy(Stephane) and planning to do certification on that within next two weeks.
