I know of a couple roles in my local area that are looking for a L&D/ Program manager. These are located in Houston, and not sure if they are open to remote or not as I only have connections that work there

like

Yes I received those, thank you!

Thank you, you have a point of contact. Lot of companies are conducting training virtually since the pandemic!

Sorry forgot to mention, I reside in the Tampa area, would be interested in that area only or remote opportunities!!

Currently working in tax consulting at a big4 considering making the switch to strat consulting since I have internship experience at an MBB or move to a stratops/ bizops role in tech. For context I have 2-3 years work experience and my goal is to have a somewhat decent WLB with an interesting team. Should I go through the process with strat consulting firms or directly look into stratops?

I have 9 yoe and have a corp finance consulting role at a well known rx firm. I have been with the firm for a little over a year and am already bored. The work doesnt seem to be very challenging or interesting. Prior to this role i did corp dev and business dev in industry, i also did two years of pe straight out of college but it was outside the US. Is it normal for me to just feel that the work i am doing right now is way easier or mundane than what i used to do before?

Hey all! Interviewing and need some insights about accepting a non-tech product marketing job. I currently work in SaaS but was offered a higher paying job in educational publishing. It’s a non-tech product marketing role. I want to take the job but I don’t know if moving out of tech would be a bad move for a product marketer? Would it be harder to pivot back to tech?
