I currently make 135k base as an SA at B4 in HR tech advisory. Prob won’t be promoted to M til 2023. I have interest in a start up HR Tech company that has a lot of promise IMO (Rippling).

Would you take less base + equity to make a jump for a role there or stay at B4?
