I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. My spouse and I are applying for a new mortgage and my lender looked up our credit scores and suggested that the mortgage is done only for me and not include my spouse as my score was in the top bracket. She is earning as well and i wanted to understand the risk of taking mortgage only on me:
1 - will we end up having issues filing for taxes jointly and show deductions etc?
2 - will there be issues with joint ownership (title) if the mortgage does not include us both?
3 - any other risk/benefit

Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

Hi all - I'm looking for help defining our rating scale in terms of our company values. We rate on a 5-point scale of Unsatisfactory to Exceptional Performance. We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I've tried Googling and everything I find is geared more toward competencies. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday. Should I wait another day before following up with my recruiter about the status of the background check? I don’t suspect there to be any crazy thing, but I’m just anxious. I’ve just never had a background check take at or over a week. Advice?
