Have a CPA but never worked in public accounting, and going to be at MBB post business school. If I leave at the Manager level, how realistic is it to get a FP&A role at a F500 with similar comp to MBB and on a track that can lead to CFO?

Instead of having an interview today, the senior strategists took the 30 minutes to explain to me why I should stay in my current role and will pick somebody with more experience for a junior strategists role. She contributes to how hard it is for juniors to break into strategy.

Is it bad to leave a company at the end of your probation? I want to hear everyone's honest opinions on unlimited PTO policies. Call me old-fashioned, but I miss having an allotted number of days we were allowed to use annually. Seems like there are no companies following that model anymore. Unlimited PTO messes with my head and for some reason I get more paranoid about what people are thinking if I do.

I am switching jobs and my wife is pregnant. We will have health insurance with my new employer but my wife found some article suggesting we may not get pregnancy coverage under new insurance because they will recognize it as a preexisting condition.
