With my limited knowledge about EY and more so about Deloitte, I'd say no!
USI Advisory is as premium as Deloitte can get which is not the case with gds. Also, worklife balance on average is better at D. Sorry if thats not the case with you. Also, the general perception as I've heard is that EY is the most watered down of all big 4 unless you're part of their strategy in EY-Parthenon. A very common observation that I've seen people make is that generally people have EY experience early in careers and other Big4 towards the latter part and vice versa not so much. One reason is ofcourse comp which is lowest in EY but also the overdominance of work in audit and not really strategic kind of work across domains.
I feel Deloitte can open more doors for you in the long run.
gds is a sux
Yea unfortunately here I landed in a poor project with leaders expecting me to say yes to everything without asking a question in return...
Deloitte is good... leadership can be a pain sometimes. I've become a target to them... my learning and growth is a goner...
Ugh!! Now they won't release me... and I've been taking this for months...
Ey seems to be my only hope... I hope it turns out to be better.
Really looking for growth :/
