Currently from mainland Europe. Offer from capco at senior, also offer from big 4 as a manager. Both within data n analytics - and in London. I’m interested in strategy (want to branch out into digital strategy in the future) based work and haven’t heard the best things about capco. Can u guys pls give some opinions. Joined an UMM fund a few months back and things have been pretty lax and we haven’t pursued a new platform yet. I haven’t really got to fully own a workstream yet and instead am more task focused and just do what my VP tells me. It feels a lot different than BCG where it was all about ownership and I’m worried I’m falling behind the learning curve. Any folks have a perspective to share on this?

I’m almost a second year attorney in family law. I have made brief appearances in hearings, but nothing really major. I am an outgoing person and have no problem working out issues and speaking to the partner and senior associates. However, I have so much anxiety about court, particularly long arguments. I am extremely nervous and feel like I’m going to freeze. I do believe I’m capable, but I feel like I have a long way to go. Any tips? I’m doing great in all other areas more or less.
