This is the opposite direction of typical questions here. I am a bit frustrated by the pto, parental leave, and holiday time I have at my current job (f500) vs previous big 4 benefits. How soon is too soon to go back to consulting? Left about a year ago. I do enjoy the slower pace and no up or out pressure though of my current F500

Just wanted to know that should I ask my employer to pay that 50000 from 492000 or should I tell my employer that I will enroll for the NPS scheme by myself and not to deduct 50000 for NPS and make the entire amount of 492000 as RFB.
