Middle school teachers, what are the “must-have” books in your classroom libraries? I am a special ed resource reading teacher looking for some books that will make my kids WANT to read more!

Anyone know how to use an iPad as a whiteboard and connect for online instruction? I have goggle classroom but use of it is limited we mostly do worksheets and paper pencil learning in the classroom

Do you have your high kids help out lower kids in the classroom? If my high kid finishes early, could I pair him with another student? I try to arrange seating so that high, middle, low are mixed.

Those of you who work minimum 10-11 hours every day of intense non stop work, how do you manage to not lose your sanity and keep up with good habits like remembering to drink water, taking short breaks, not getting bothered / stressed out by work and not stress eating, getting daily moderate to intense activity, skin care etc. Been in this job almost 5 yrs but still struggling even to do basic things like getting right amount of water, movement and unable to disconnect from work.
