I lost a baby at full term pregnancy (no genetic cause) and we are ready to plan for a second one. I had *just* gotten back into running (2 weeks) when I found out I’m pregnant! Great news, but would you keep running? Doctor says it’s up to me.

8 weeks later and I am still testing positive for covid. But since I am symptom free for over 3 weeks I can return back to work. They say I am not contagious...i do have antibodies. But I am still nervous about spreading it.

I got one of those Doppler things and now I’m all freaked out because I used it once and it was great heard the heartbeat and it was amazing. A week goes by and I tried for a second time today and can’t for the life of me find this little guy and now I’m all paranoid. I used the Doppler for 20 minutes total this evening - approx. 5-7 minutes each time trying to find him. I also just learned that using Dopplers longer than a few minutes or often can be bad for baby so stopped- very concerned 😔
