Hi 👋🏾 I started a job in Jan of 2022 as a proj. coord. (2yrs exp) for a small-mid sized company ~200 ppl. I have received much recognition from the directors and higher executives. 3 months after being hired I was asked to become SCRUM master (for which I am certified) Unfortunately there has been a series of management changes and at my 6 month evaluation my salary was adjusted from 65 to 67k. Am I wrong to expect more? I’m unsure what a typical promotional jump is but 67k for SCRUM master?

I got an offer for 90k plus bonus for an in-house strategy role - is this good or bad (pretty much same base as current with less bonus).

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. Can I apply to Big 3 Cloud (and other top SaaS) for Junior AE after a full year as a top performing BDR? Coming from 7yoe of industry + Big 4 consulting with MBA before pivoting into tech sales to be a hunter closer. Hi! Is it normal to feeling burn out after 10 months of working? I got a job as a sale coordinators which is a new position for a new department in my company. In this position, my boss expects me to be a sale rep, costumer support, and account management. With everything I have to be available at all time, meeting a potential costumer in the morning and taking order in the evening till midnight. All this for 48k, it’s my first salary job for me. Am I supposed to work this much?
