I’m looking to get my first job in digital/social strategy. I’ve obtained 3 Google certifications and do freelance work for paid search and social but still can’t seem to get a job. What should i do?

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

How is the appraisal cycle and promotion policy in IBM and how much will it take to be promoted next level if you join IBM as an experienced at 6B level?

I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year

I work in a change mgt/org develop internal team in a consulting firm. I feel weird in that when people ask me what I do in public I never had a way to clearly answer that question as most people don't Sr to know what org devlp or change mgt is but I also don't feel like my job is "hr" at all.
