I have an offer from Deloitte for an Consultant role. The Immigration team seems very slow in getting the H1B Transfer done (been close to a month and LCA not yet filed)
I wanted to know how Deloitte is regarding GC processing and extensions, do they do that on time ? Any thoughts ?

Which big 4 should I transfer to so that I'll have a higher chance of finding a girlfriend. Deloitte is full of bros. I'm not into that.

I just left my employer where I was on an H1b. I am also on my spouse’s I-485 and I’ve applied for the EAD/Advance Parole combo card and am waiting for it. What happens if I don’t find a job within 60 days? Technically, I should be allowed to stay in the US until I get a decision on my I-485, but where does that leave me with regards to the 60 day H1b rule? Does it not apply to me anymore? If I find a new employer after the grace period elapses, can they apply for a new H1b?
