I’m looking to leave my job and have 2 interview processes going on at the moment. One is with a company I love with a role that would be a good challenge and double my current pay, but they have a hiring freeze at the moment with an end date this fall (supposedly). The other is a great opportunity for me to lead a team and a whole program with a little less money than the other role. Would it be bad if I join the 2nd role then leave in a few months for the 1st one if I got an offer?

Next sent email on a question & said would get back to me ASAP. 10 days later, no response. Red flag 2. After 2 years at my company (Multi national company with >1k employees) I was promoted to Senior SWE with a 10% salary bump from 85k to 93.5 I live/work in the Baltimore area which I consider Medium COL. Is this a reasonable adjustment for a senior promotion in this area?
