I’m looking to modify my career path. I’m seeing a few job postings in the crypto/NFT spaces. I’m not sure how to switch into that field (I have a mostly technical background, but totally unrelated). Has anyone done PM work in the crypto world? Suggestions on how, and maybe who (company), would take on a crypto novice?

I just started my job a month ago. It was my 2nd choice role at this company. I didn't realize the chaos I was walking into, and while it's not toxic (yet), I had hopes of more work life balance and an actual "belonging to a team" feel. I basically skipped onboarding and jumped right into working, boss skipped a huge working session I "led" but had no clue how to lead and I was put on the spot. Small firms are not what they're cracked up to be as far as work environment. They had a giant St. Bernard as a sort of "office mascot", you'd think they'd be chill and laid back. I ran the site for that time, received many accolades. When it posted i got no interview. In June a company made an offer for same money for board director I took it. Turns out they were pitching lies. They had no integrity and were incompetent. I left this month. I haven’t been out of a job 25 years. How do I pick myself back up?
