I’m looking to “natively advertise” our web accessibility capabilities on podcasts with a large developer following. Does anyone have experience with podcast media buys? How do they work?

You can purchase podcasts through traditional radio groups like Entercom and Katz, streaming services like Spotify and Pandora, or directly through podcast holding groups (NPR, Cadence, Gimlet, Panoply, Radiotopia are a few). Podtrac has show rankings that come out monthly.

I’d connect with Entercom! They have a robust list of podcast partners you might want to explore.

I'm a big fan of Midroll. They might have some shows that are right for that audience.

Some vendors are able to dynamically place your ads to a general target, not too much of a native experience. If you want native you should go to a specific publisher that produces podcasts. See what shows you can sponsor and create spots or live reads with the show host(s)

NPR, panoply!

iHeartRadio has a large podcast database

Legit you can just DM them on Instagram. Not everyone will respond but someone will

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Longshot but does anyone here work in branding who would want to review my portfolio? I’ve applied to a ton of branding agencies but can’t seem to get my foot in the door and I’m wondering if I can improve on anything in my portfolio to help? I’ll DM if so.

Have some serious hips/thighs/booty, and want some comfortable dress pants....preferably boot cut or with some kind of flair at the bottom. Would love them to be ponte, if possible. +/— size 16

Ridiculous offers from competing agencies

I'm in the Data and Analytics side of the house, but I know this is affecting everyone. Other agencies poaching analysts, managers, ADs, for what are 2 level up salary promotions. This cannot be sustainable (kids with 1 yr experience, pushing 100k+)

What is the future of agency salaries going to be? Are we really going to right size all our paychecks or is this a bubble that will lead to underqualified senior levels being the norm?

Advice needed for a senior digital planner/buyer. I'm UK based, making an average salary (according to the 2021 recruiter surveys), lead high performance teams on high revenue clients...sleeping 3/4 hours, feeling deflated and watching others at my level cruising while doing less.
I have 3 kids, the money is important but also living in central London doesn't go far on 3 kids. Either way, I feel like I'm giving too much soul for what I earn anyway.

Hi friends. HAPPY Q4! I had a client complain today that we were not being innovative enough ($150K budget for an entire year). We're running paid social + OLV since those are the assets we had. I'd love to do better, how would you be innovative in media with small budgets like this?

Curious to know, are those who actively build and plan media still mainly using Excel or have any agencies taken a different approach and invested money into something like Bionic Ads?

It's pretty much inevitable to not feel swamped in this role... what have you done to manage your time better or set boundaries at work?
