I lead TA in an indian startup. Currently have an offer of HR head in another smaller startup. Also, I am getting few TA head offers in other startups. Comp would be similar in these roles.

Is it advisable to move to a full HR role or should I stick to my core expertise area of TA.

I have my MSHRM; which I got before I started working in HR, and a PHR but with this new HRM role I'm thinking of getting an HR Certification in Strategic Management. It is very costly. Has anyone taken any of these Certification programs? Is it worth it?

Has any of your employer used PIP as a way to fire you? Got an interview as a marine superintendent at the port of NY/NJ - their beginning salary isn’t as great as I thought it would be - 60K but they told me after 6 months of employment we get 12K bonuses divided over 12 months. Question for ya’ll. I’m effective at managing 2-3 features simultaneously - from discovery to launch. But when I get to 4 or 5 simultaneous features, everything starts falling apart.

Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. I started a new job a month ago and I hate it! I hate the culture (there is no culture) the way that they communicate (no meetings everything in slack) and the way that they work (alone) It feels pretty much like I am freelancing and I thrive in collaborative environment. I have never felt this isolated in my whole life. It sucks.
Has anyone been in that situation? If I look for another job, should I remove that experience from my linked in? Or should I talk about that if I get interviews?
