What kinda career and salary can you expect leaving 6months after becoming a senior in the Dallas area?
All this internal “this is the time to be super creative and bold with your ideas” is making me hate my job... I can’t do another covid ad. I’m sure brands will just stand in solidarity to provoke emotion for themselves... How is everyone staying motivated and inspired in this business?

The politics and competition of this job are taking away from me actually enjoying the job. I like the nature of the work and want to be able to dive in and learn without worrying about whether I will get fired because of “up or out”.
