I’m new to options trading, but very curious. What do you all suggest I read to learn more?

I'm looking for innovative ways to get my students to "publish" their writing. I've scoured the internet and know all of the basic ways - and have tried lots - but am looking for something more exclusive to our grade or class they can look forward to at the end of the year. I have lots of ideas, but would love to hear about what has worked for other middle school ELA classes. Thanks!

Hello guys i am working in a public sector bank as chief manager. I am looking for a job with better work life balance and flexibility. Can you suggest me options in finance companies where i can switch? I have 8 YOE in Treasury, forex and Marketing. Also, would it be better to look for opportunities abroad? Does anyone have suggestions regarding how to go about it?

Newly in-house. Apparently, it was bad to offer my opinion that slightly differed from the managers, even though I was invited by said manager to review their suggestion with an internal client. We collectively discussed how to make a document better. I responded to an email that said "hey you and internal client - could you both see my suggestions (which differed from the clients). Internal client didn't really agree, so I said "can we add managers edits but keep some of clients edits"

Is negotiating offers normal? I want to get moving expenses covered or at least a stipend to help with flying out to look at apartments or moving the long distance. There was a stipend coming out of undergrad to help with it but wasn’t sure if that was a consulting only thing?

I teach Adaptive EC and I will never understand why non-verbal students who can’t read and can only trace, have to take these Extend 1 exams. Then there is an portion where there have to read out loud….. lol we what in the world……. So unfair! My heart just get really heavy!!!!

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Locked in $22k gain on BA 4/12 puts this morning. Could’ve been $30k but with the volatility, got spooked out on the opening bump to $380 given its resiliency and surge potential.

Im still learning about The Wheel Strategy, etc., but if you’re selling Cash Secured Puts (CSP), is there anything else you can do with the cash needed to fulfill the contract(s) or do you keep it idly sitting there there until exercised??
