Graduating with my finance degree in about a year. I took a part-time healthcare position fill my employment gap but most of my previous experience is in manufacturing logistics and customer service. With my background, how do I break into a finance or accounting role? What positions do I apply for? I would like to make at least 45-50k a year min starting if possible.

Bachelor degree in agriculture, National guardsmen, seeking $75k/yr, ideally remote. How long does it usually take to get a decision from a hiring manager? I went through 3 rounds of interviews for an ACD role: individual team member calls, hiring manager call, and was brought in to their office to meet the entire team.

This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Followed up via email last week and was told “we haven’t heard anything yet.”
