What poor billing practice does your firm get away with that utterly disappoints you? Mines the printing. I’ve seen clients billed in the upper hundreds on printing alone for paper print that was and would never have even been used in the entirety of the case start to finish. I’ve watched most of the printing get recycled a day or two later, or left in a closet because everything was handled electronically. At $0.15 B&W to $0.50 color the firm was making a killing just on billing for printing.

I really don’t enjoy working with a teammate, I feel she’s not competent. When I talk or discuss with her, it’s more like I’m influencing her and passing my knowledge to her because she doesn’t know much. She takes my ideas and get credit and recognition from the team. If I don’t connect with her, I also won’t be a good ‘team player’ as we suppose to work together.
