Sold my car a while back but just got a letter in mail saying I own the state $200 with penalty for not paying the toll. I mean I have already sold my car and the license plate is gone. What's the consequence if I don't pay them? Will they put me in jail?

Do you embellish on your resume? If so, how? My gf is new to the corporate world and feels she shouldn’t embellish at all, and my perspective is to stretch roles and responsibilities a bit. Not lie, but stretch and paint in a very rosey light.
