I have done a decent amount of tech deals… so when I joined my new firm - I was put in charge of TMT origination/diligence. The partners are now sending me a bunch of telecom deals and my lack of experience there has me worried. Does anyone have any books to recommend or good primers on Telecom?

I'd love to get a job in a video games studio. I have experience as a project lead (help deliver a program as part of a cross functional). What kind of skill would you say is essential to work in that environment and to actually get noticed when I apply. I'm very dedicated and will do almost anything to get the job done, so I'm willing to skill up to be able to get in.
