I’m on a project I like getting skills I need, but every week I hear about other cool projects I wish I could jump or do both at once. Anyone else?

Looking to start a discussion on salary information of account managers- client service colleagues specific to TPAs only. I know brokers and carriers probably are a little different. Ideally please include your years in industry and if you work on national accounts. Glassdoor data seems to be all over the place.

Getting job using fake experience and fake certificates is easier than getting job as a fresher or switching jobs with experience by serving notice period !

If companies do proper background verification or able to decrease notice period to 30days genienue candidates will get benefited.

In recent job selection on service based companies many new joiners are with fake experience but with good packages, In project managing them is too difficult too for sure as far as i know

I left a great team and high-visibility, high impact project with a client that loved me for a few more $$.

Had I stayed, I would have been festering on comp and constantly worried about my financial future.
Since I've left, I feel financially secure but listless and bored with a lame team on what I've discovered is a skeezy upsell.

Anyone else had to deal with this? Did you boomerang back?

Hello,
I’m a junior data scientist and in my current job I mostly code using Pyspark (no machine learning) so I would like to work on a side project that could leverage my profile and data science/ML skills. What project would you advice me to work on ? (it can be a kaggle project, or a classic task that you do at your job, or a paper that you read).
I’m overwhelmed by the many suggestions online and would prefer to get a suggestion directly from professionals.
PS : I’m not a beginner.
