I’m on Green card and wanting to sponsor my single dependent parent’s age 60+ green card. Can I do it now or need to wait till I be a citizen? If I sponsor GC now, how long it takes to get it for parents ?

Pregnant with my first, due 3rd week of April. My husband has an optional work trip in February for a few days, and asked if I was comfortable with him going. My first reaction was of course, it's still a couple months out from my due date and I'm having a healthy pregnancy so far. Am I under thinking this? Any other considerations I should have?

2) study on h4, apply for h4 ead (assuming their spouse already has an approved i140) and look for jobs.

I was talking with my director the other day about how I think the US should be implementing longer maternity leave policies and generally better parental leave policies for parents who have given birth/had a partner give birth/adopted a child, and she said it was "a crackpot idea meant to push socialist agendas." After receiving the confirmation I-140 approval, how long does it take to receive the physical approval notice in mail from the USCIS? It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got the mail.

Any news on EB1c premium processing rule being implemented by USCIS soon? Seems like the law was passed in Sept 2020 to expand premium processing to EB1c but USCIS has still not enacted it. Any word on when/if they will. I am kn L1A and lawyers are currently preparing i140/i485/Adv Parole to be filed in the next 5-6 weeks hopefully.

Did anyone apply for the national interest waiver while on STEM OPT?

Will I be able to quit my job once I have (1) filed AOS for more than 6 months + (2) received my EAD? Or do I have to wait for the actual green card?

I see appointments throughout India but when I select and click proceed, I get a “no ofc appointment available at this location” error. In this constant back and forth I’m ending up exceeding the number of checks I can do, thus potentially freezing my account for 72 hours”
