Interested in perspectives on training a very inexperienced person (high school graduate) to be the assistant you want them to be (requiring patience and training to develop skills the person may or may not be able to develop) versus hiring an experienced executive assistant (20+ years experience known to be excellent) for a partner slowly developing book but rapidly developing leadership (on executive level) at the firm.

If the company says the compensation includes 50k RSUs, does that mean 50k granted each year, or a cumulative one-time amount that could be granted over several years? My dad was talking to my long term bf about setting life goals, and told him a story about a family friend whose wife had a large corporate job and her husband “was the stay at home mom” (said in a way that was clearly meant to be a dig at the husbands masculinity). Lolz is it bad that I almost want to get let go from my job cause I’m so tired of working. 60+ hours scheduled for the rest of the summer with more hours planned on getting tacked on. Honestly not sure if I’m also salty cause no salary increase, or if this is just how PA works.
