Hi fishes, it's been less than 7 months in my current project and I want a release. Please suggest some ideas :(
I know the policy is of 18 months but I can't take it anymore. The work pressure/expectations are too much and bad work timings. I just can't handle it and it's affecting me a lot mentally. :( Nagarro

Do McK and BCG still do M - Th travel?
just to clarify i meant to roll off my current project, not quit the firm
4-6 months. It’s your first project, the impression that leaves others if you were to roll off without a strong reason is not going to be amazing especially if the project is still going. This may impact performance evals, future staffing, and your brand/reputation within the firm
Good luck! It’s a first project, doing new stuff can be especially hard in the beginning. hope you can make it work.
2 years, give or take
What makes you feel it isn’t your cup of tea?
I think expanding that can help clarify whether it’s a you/tenure thing, project thing or consulting thing :)
In general though, in abstract you want to ideally stay on till a natural break point in the project and push hard to get out by then.
thank you!
