Looking for recommendations on how to provide constructive written performance feedback to team member who doesn't listen to verbal feedback from me.

Hi everyone! In need of some advice…. I am a level 10 at Accenture making 82k. I’ve started out as a level 10 and I’m up for promotion for August. I’m not hopeful since I also recently transferred from AFS. I ended up getting a offer from a smaller consulting company called OnPrem for 115k as a senior consultant. They have a better insurance policy however, their 401k match is at 4.5% and have a unlimited PTO structure (more so PTO is at mercy of my manager). What should I do?

Deloitte and EY, what are your benefits like? I currently get 5 weeks PTO and 100% match up to 6% 401K. I want to start applying elsewhere since I'm underpaid but base salary isn't everything

Note of caution. Monday morning travel doesn't mix well with a client site team who are all morning people. I'm on my third cup of coffee and I still can't catch up with these people.

People at other strategy consulting firms, are new undergrad hires managed on projects by new MBA hires?

Call from recruiter eod Friday that I'll know something Monday. That has to be good news, right?

So this is what it feels like to read fishbowl while being in bed on Monday morning. Remote this week for the first time in months. Thankful for not being in the plane at the moment.

ZS fish - how are the benefits/pto and work-life balance? I've read mostly good things but hoping to get some more insight. I'm starting the interview process and curious how everything stacks up. Thanks!

Is it better to do a Roth 401k or a traditional 401k? For reference, total HHI between my wife and I is roughly $400k/year

One year in consulting and I'm pretty sure that the travel isn't for me. Should I try to switch to finance or stick it out and let my utilization/chargeability decline until I get a local role?

Anyone writing CISA in June 2016? Please suggest tips and tricks to pass the exam.
