I’m overall a health individual, track macros and go to the gym, but man for some reason this last year it has been extremely difficult to stay on my macros and follow my diet. Not sure if it’s the WFH or what, but I’m struggling to stay with it!

How's your stress and sleep? High stress and lack of sleep can impact cravings, motivation, happiness, and a lot more.

Also, is it possible that you're trying to do too much at the same time? For example, working out 5-7x a week, having super strict macros, etc.

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. Convinced that I have excessive daytime sleepiness — anyone here dealt with the same as a medical condition? How did you solve? To be clear, caffeine and even amphetamines do NOT help me. The drowsiness hits at around 2 pm every single day no matter how much sleep I get and is absolutely debilitating.
