How much detail do you provide to your boss and team about your vacation travel plans… destinations, traveling with who and how long you plan to stay?
I’ve worked in management consulting for my 16 year career. As consultants we live and die by our resumes, which are usually structured by the engagements we support. Like the rest of us I have broad functional and market experience, but am not getting the traction I expected from recruiters. I think it’s because I am using the consulting resume design. Does anyone have suggestions on a different approach that will appeal to recruiters from other industries?
Why can't a recruiter just return a damn email? When I follow up with you and it is radio silence, it's rude. But if I forget a thank you note? Next candidate. WTF
