I’m planning a move from the Midwest to NYC and currently I’m looking for a job in the city. I’ve only been on the hunt for about two months, but so far it’s been radio silence. I even send a friendly note to the recruiter if I can find them, and still no response.

Does anyone have advice on how to get noticed more in the NYC ad world? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Need advice please: Have you ever applied to a role on LinkedIn or ZipRecruiter, see that your application gets downloaded, or even get a “thumbs up” on ZipRecruiter, and then they don’t reach out to you for so much as a 10 minute phone screen? Is there anything I can do to get them to respond to me? I’ve tried reaching out to the hiring managers, job posters etc. and no luck! 😞
