Hey! So.. I got promoted yesterday! My first promotion :)
I am happy about it. I have put in a LOT of work in the last couple of months, but at the expense of my physical and mental health.

If I need wisdom tooth extraction surgery, should I go through my health insurance (Kaiser) or my dental insurance for that?

Looking for negotiation advice between these two offers for a Program Manager. Currently a Sr Project Manager in tech w/ 16 YOE, with PMP and CSM and SAFe certifications. First offer: contractor, USD $85/hour. Second offer: Full time CAD employment, $165k salary w/ a decent health benefits package and 4 weeks vacation. Which would you choose, or how would you negotiate between these two offers?

I experienced an agency I am a contractor with that informed me I was not eligible for medical insurance until after 30 days but actually I was eligible for since day 1. I had a colleague hired from that agency as well as a contractor who told her the same thing and so I informed her otherwise. She fought tooth and nail for them to coincides she at least was ablevto get hers.

Now I called the agency and told them I needed to know when open enrollment will be now since I was misinformed when...

We’re looking for a new legal assistant. There’s a communication and micromanaging issue within my team where the partner doesn’t trust (past) assistant(s) with basic tasks and instead he spoon feeds instructions haphazardly leaving things out and being inconsistent.
