I know many firms offer sponsorship for top performers to go attend full time mba programs and then come back, but can’t seem to find much about sponsorship for those who want /need to keep working during mba. Why is it that those in IB can’t get an MBA and return to IB the way people from other industries have returned post-MBA?

Any insight on getting MBA from mendoza as far as prospects for transitioning into a post-mba strategy consulting role? It’s ranked outside the top 15 but from research seems like it still sends plenty of grads to top consulting firms (not MBB)

When your contemplating leaving an organization, do you give your direct supervisor advanced notice to try to make changes to make it work? I haven't been at my new organization long and my last job I was at for quite sometime. I feel like even if I talk to my supervisor it won't get much better, but I've only left an organization after knowing confidently things won't change. How do I get into Consulting? I don’t know anything about solving case studies or have never actually competed in case competitions. Are my doors closed? Any steps to segue my career towards that? I’m currently in Compliance within Banking and Consulting just seems far more exciting to work in, even though I know it’s super tiring and hectic, I’m only 23 and I think I’d have the skin for it, i’d say I can take all sorts of feedback well. I just love that you can wear many hats in Consulting.
